Canada’s locally made Barkleys branded chocolate bars are now Fairtrade!

Barkleys Chocolate is a Métis founded and operated chocolate company located in Coquitlam on the traditional Kwikwetlem First Nation territory.

Barkleys offers true transparency as they manufacture their own brands, and true sustainability. Not only are they Fairtrade, but their packaging is 100% TREE FREE: the cartons are made from Bagasse, a natural by-product of the sugar cane husks normally burned or tilled into the soil. This year Barkleys will save over 150 trees and remove just under 6000kgs of CO2 emission! Furthermore the wrapper on the inside is 100% compostable. Try one of the 10 delicious Fairtrade Barkleys chocolate truffle bars and help save a tree!
