What is Fair Trade Fortnight?

It's only the best time of the year for anyone who loves Fair Trade and wants to spread it like wildfire throughout Canada!

Running May1-15, it's when everyone gets together to do fun stuff in support of Fair Trade, from big public events, to special promotions in stores, to quiet efforts at home.

This year, we're using the Fortnight to spread good vibes around the world through the incredible Karma Campaign!

It’s simple - you do something nice for the world (like volunteer in the community, buy a fair trade product, hold the elevator for someone, etc.) and the world will do something nice for you in return.

That’s good Karma, and the campaign will run from  May 1 until the end of 2013.

It’s all about spreading the love, the good vibes, and the cheer. It’s about motivating yourself to do good things and recognizing others who do good things too. It will also be really, really fun with opportunities to participate online, at work, at school, and in your community.
