Fit For Two Fudgy Brownies

Spring into picnic season with a tasty treat that everybody will love. Dark decadence meets gooey goodness in this fudgy brownie recipe. And it's all made sweeter with Fair Trade ingredients.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Yield: 8-10 squares
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup cane sugar
- 1 bar 56% Cocoa Camino baking chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping Tbsp 100% Cuisine Camino cocoa powder
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C
- Melt baking chocolate over low-medium heat stirring often
- Blend cocoa powder with milk and water in blender
- Blend cocoa mixture with egg, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate in food processor
- In a separate bowl combine rice flour, baking powder and cane sugar
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
- Pour into an oiled 1” thick dish/pan
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes
- Cut into 8 or 10 squares and enJOY!
